Jacqueline Sanders - PMP, CBAP
Jacqueline's prolific 20 year career in IT includes a flourishing
tenure as the Vice President of Bovis Lend Lease where she
successfully led an enterprise-wide business process
re-engineering initiative. Ms. Sanders has worked as a Program
Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Tester, Database
Administrator and Software Developer, experiencing various
methodologies, specializing in Agile. Jacqueline has worked for
Southwest Airlines, the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC), Georgia Department of Revenue, and the
CheckFree Corporation. As a result, she has acquired software
development experience in the Healthcare, Airline and Financial
industries. Ms. Sanders is a Certified Business Analyst
Professional and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Jacqueline focuses her efforts on rescuing IT projects, assisting
with the implementation of Agile methodology and conducting
CMMI assessments. Ms Sanders frequently speaks at
organizational and corporate functions spreading the word on the
true role and value of the Business Analyst.
Alvin F. Anderson Jr. - MBA, PMP, SSBB
Alvin has the quintessential background. He has been a
Consultant and/or Project Manager as a Commissioned Officer in
the U.S. Army, the Architecture/Construction industry, the IT
industry and in Healthcare. Alvin has worked for
PricewaterhouseCoopers, SAIC, Philips Medical and
Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Anderson has earned a Masters degree in
IT, an MBA, the Project Management Professional (PMP), Six
Sigma Black Belt, Health Level Seven (HL7) and other IT
certifications. He is also an experienced educator, well-versed in
Public Health Informatics.
Alvin has worked diligently to promote the profession of Project
Management and Business Requirements, applying a unique
blend of requirements management and project management,
which focuses on results and customer satisfaction. This
approach works for any type of project. Mr. Anderson is also a
public speaker and troubleshooter helping organizations improve
out of control projects and workflow through better requirements
management and processes improvement.
